1.Article 75 of Indian Constitution States about the Prime Minister of India.

2.The Prime Minister of India is the head of the central government of  Country. Basically prime minister is appointed by President after the political party wins the election after nomination.

3.The president is the nominal executive where as the prime minister is the real executive authority of Indian Government.

 4.Prime Minister is the head of the NITI Ayog, The national integration council, the inter state council etc.

5.The prime minister is the head of the Council ministers.
